Sushi, it's what's for dinner

In preparation for the sashimi grade tuna delivery this weekend, Trung and I have been practicing our rolling skills.  We managed to get spicy, chopped scallops and masago sushi to stand up; and put together unagi sushi.  Fortuanately, the seaweed and octopus was purchased ready to eat and the salmon just needed to get cut into sashimi sized pieces.  We are ready for the tuna!
