...well, plus ten. We had our third annual Super Bowl + Grace's birthday party on Sunday; I guess my birthday will always be affiliated with the Super Bowl, at least to my Austin friends. Trung did an excellent job "slow" grilling the brisket; the last couple times the briskets were overcooked, but this time it was nice and tender. Talk about a huge chunk of meat! (I mean the brisket :P)
Another year has gone by and I'm another year older.*sigh* So much has happened this year that I feel like I've aged quite a bit this time around. Hopefully with age comes maturity; you definitely start thinking differently when you have a kid because you've always got a little one to consider in all your plans. But it is well worth it!Special thanks to Sing and Maggie for watching Lydia last night so that we could go out to eat for my real birthday! It was nice not having to worry about the baby during dinner, though we began to miss her by the time we headed back home.
